Torski Limited is the group behind the four-star Talbot Hotel Group and Wexford-based supermarkets Pettitt Supermarkets. Under the directorship of Desmond Pettitt, Bernadette Pettitt and Cormac Pettitt, the Talbot Hotel Group owns The Midleton Park Hotel and Oriel House in Cork, as well as the Stillorgan Park (now the Talbot) Hotel in Dublin The group also owns the Talbot Hotels in Carlow and Wexford. In January 2016, the Talbot Hotel Group acquired the Stonebridge Scheme on Paul’s Quay in Wexford, which will be branded a Talbot Hotel Collection ‘aparthotel’.
