Financial management services provider Towers Watson agreed to a merger with insurance brokering giant Willis Group in 2015. The new Willis Towers Watson is a company domiciled in Ireland with more than 400 offices across 120 countries.
Willis offers professional advice on a range of business insurance through highlighting the need to insure assets, earnings and potential liabilities. They provide services and advice on insurance programmes, loss control, risk management, claims management, reinsurance, affinity group schemes and distribute branded products to retail brokers
Willis describe themselves as Ireland's leading insurance broker, pensions, actuarial and risk management consultancy, employing over 300 people in offices in Dublin, Limerick, Cork, Galway and Belfast.
