It has plants in Newbridge, Co Kildare (personal and oral care) and Nenagh, Co Tipperary (cosmetics). In 2010 Braun Oral B assets and trade were transferred to this company and the Carlow Braun Oral B plant was closed.
Its ultimate parent company is Procter and Gamble in the US.
