Electronic Arts Ireland provides customer support and network hosting for Electronic Art’s computer games, including the hugely successful FIFA and Medal of Honour games.
Electronic Arts Ireland provides these services to other companies within the Electronic Arts group, which is incorporated in the US. EA Galway is home to the Worldwide Customer Experience (WWCE) and EA’s Digital Platform (EADP) businesses.
The WWCE Centre in Galway is the European centre of excellence and provides support to custimers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, while EADP is part of EA’s Game Fraud Team, protecting against fraudulent activity within games.
