CMC distributes and markets coal products which is mined at Cerrejón, Colombia. It has an office in Dublin where it employs 31 people. Europe is the largest single market for CMC and it also sells to central and south america, the US and Asia. It is owned in equal parts by Anglo American plc, BHP Billiton plc and Xstata plc.
