Axa Life Europe
AXA Life Europe was established in 2005. It is AXA's primary producer of investment products with guarantees (variable annuities) in Europe. AXA Life Europe is a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of AXA SA, the overall holding company of the AXA Group.
AXA Life Europe is based in Ireland and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland under the EU solvency framework set out in the Third Life Directive.
AXA Life Europe currently writes business in Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, UK and Ireland.
